| Welcome to our campground. Enjoy some peace and quiet amongst our 166 acres. We have 3 miles of hiking trails with 3 ponds. 2 are catch and release fishing. Wildlife is abundant. In the office, we have a gift shop, lounge, laundry, library, and games. The pool tables and other games are in the Rec Hall. We have some theme weekends, planned activities, and outdoor games. 2012 will be having our usual BBQ,s on the Sunday of our Holiday Weekends. Memorial Day Weekend Country Bob and Lois will play after the BBQ on Sunday Hayrides, and games. Decorate your site, float or be a spectator for our Mardi Gras Parade at 3:00 and a pot luck dinner to follow. Easter Egg hunt on Sunday morning. at 9:00 and the parade to follow. August 27, 28, 29 Scarecrow contest Plan your scarecrow now (rummage or yard sale items?) We'll use them to decorate for the costume party Saturday night. Then take them home or leave them. Labor Day weekend will continue to be Halloween Weekend.. Trick or treating, haunted hayride and BBQ are on the schedule. Columbus Weekend is our last weekend. We have a community food gathering with everybody's best on Saturday. We are having pumpkin painting. We will watch the weather so we don't get rained out. There will be a canopy. Card playing and a community campfire or sit back at your own site and enjoy the peace. There are always tent sites usually smaller water and electric sites, but our Big Rigs sites fill so you need to call on the weekends to be assured of a site. We have an in-ground pool, a driving range, horseshoes, a volley ball net, , and 3 miles of Hiking trails. Call with any questions. We are happy to answer them. |
