This is by far the most beautiful site year around. The view overlooking the Adirondacks doesn't need a season. Any-
time of the year, it is breath taking. This is the best part of the campground. Our hayrides always give you a ride to the
overview. Even if you aren't up for a hike this view is on your way through the campground. You can't miss it!

Our campground opens May 12 to October 11 for 2006.
Since we have different sports for different seasons, we have different facilities available to people of different
interests .We are close to snowmobile trails, variety of golf courses, hunting, fishing on west Canada Creek, fall leaf
watching, and we border the Adirondack State Park.

During the winter, we change our lounge,laundry, exercise room into a lodge for snowmobilers. This sleeps 7 without
cots or mats- $90.00 per night or $450.00 per week-
We have a B&B with a double room, private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub,and fireplace $90.00 per night
There is a single room with a private bath $60.00 per night
Combine the 2 for $125.00 per night There is a community Great room for the B&B.

Our campground offers a cabin $35.00 per night for 4 persons $210.00 per week
Tent sites-$20.00 per night
Water and Electric $25.00 per night
Water, Electric and Sewer $27.00 per night 10%off is our weekly rate $650.00 50 amp and
$600.00 30amp are the monthly rates
50 amp sites $3.00 extra $5.00 guest fee for all overnight visitors $3.00 for day guests
