Rates are for 4 people per site. .
2026 Nightly & Daily Sites
- Tent sites: $25.00
- Lean-to: $30.00
- Water & electric: $38.00
- Water, electric & sewer: $47.00
- Pull-thru & farm line (incl. overlook sites): $47.00
- 50 amp sites: +$3.00
10% off is our standard weekly rate when available.
2026 Seasonal & Monthly
- Seasonal, 30 amp (incl. utilities) $2,100
- Seasonal, 50 amp (incl. utilities) $2,200
- Monthly $600-$650
Water, electric & sewer seasonal sites: add $150 for 7-day-a-week use.
- Guest fees: $5.00 for overnight visitors, $3.00 for day guests. You're responsible for making sure your guests sign in.
- Anyone using the pool must sign a swim form.
- Late check-outs or early check-ins are sometimes available — just ask.

Good to know
Our rules are simple
- Have fun — and keep safety in mind.
- Leash pets in the campground area and clean up after them.
- State pool rules apply.
- Campfires in designated areas only.
- No loud music — quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am.
- 5 mph speed limit throughout the campground.
- No cutting live trees.
- Adults are responsible for their own children.

UticaI-90 Exit 31 to Rt 12 North. Take the Poland/Speculator, Rt 8 exit and proceed north on Rt 8 through Poland and Cold Brook. Turn right two streets after the Town of Norway sign onto Hall Rd, then left onto Burt Rd — we're the second property on the right.
